The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. Cancelling before the date above returns everything paid beyond it.
A booking made within 20 days of travel is paid in full at the time of booking and cannot be refunded.
Where a trip is cancelled by a natural calamity or weather, we pass on the maximum refund our hotels, airlines and vendors release to us.
Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–7 working days of being approved.

If bad weather/landslide forces a reschedule, extra food, stay and car hire are paid by the guest

50% before 30 days of arrival
100% before 15 days of departure
Cancellation: No refund within 15 days of departure
No refund or compensation for changes during the trip
Child Policy: Below 5 yrs: free in parents' room without extra bed (milk/food for infants paid directly at hotel)

Diwali rates. Malana involves a rough ~1.5 hr trek; villagers don't allow outsiders to touch them or their property (fines apply).
