Terms and Conditions

• Standard check-in at the hotel is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. An early check-in or a late check-out is at the hotel's discretion.
• A maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room. The third occupant is provided a mattress or rollaway bed.
• The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified. Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal.
• For any paid activity that is non-operational due to an unforeseen reason, the refund is processed and reaches the guest within 30 days.
• No refund is processed for a complimentary activity that was not charged for.
• Air conditioning is not operational in cool or hilly areas.
• Entrance fees, parking and guide charges are not included in the package.
• If your flights combine different airlines, you may need to collect your luggage at the connecting hub and check it in again.
• Booking rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Airline seats and hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Pricing is based on the age of the passengers — please enter correct ages, as incorrect details may incur a penalty while travelling.
• If a listed hotel is unavailable, alternate accommodation of a similar standard is arranged.
• If your package is cancelled due to a natural calamity or weather, TipTapGo will pass on the maximum refund obtainable from our partners and vendors.
• TipTapGo may modify the itinerary for reasons including force majeure, strikes, weather, traffic, overbooking, re-routed or cancelled flights, and closures at a place of visit. We will arrange suitable alternatives but cannot accept refund or compensation claims arising from this.
